Waste To Energy Overview
It is worldwide industry that turns your everyday waste such as (Biomass, manure, coal dust, solid waste, plastics and used tires to highly valuable sources of Energy such as (oil, electricity). The average person generates 4.5 lb per day, which can lead to landfill problems if waste to energy was not available. Waste To Energy is one of important renewable energy source.

Waste To Energy involves 3 steps:
- Trash is first sorted (removing all recycle glass metal, stone) the remaining is ground up and mix to produce a well balanced feed stock.
- Feedstock is distilled using paralysis system to extract energy rich gas, which is then stored in tanks.
- Gas is taken and fed it to generator sector and fire it up to produce electricity.

The cost of the two plants is around 440 million $ that turn 146,000 tons of solid waste per year to fuel and electricity.
In waste to energy, waste are burned and turned to a valuable source of energy. However, in landfills trash is buried without getting a benefit from it.
